New Practitioner Criminal Advocacy Course, Part 2 – incorporating seminars, small group work and practitioner examples/demonstrations of skeleton arguments, opening and closing speeches, bad character and hearsay applications.
Free of charge to members of circuit. Suitable for New Practitioners and practitioners up to 5 years’ call. This course can be done as well as the Part 1 course in alternate years, and in any order.
9 General CPD Hours (NB this course does not attract 9 NPP Advocacy hours, the Part 1 course which attracts the NPP advocacy hours will run in 2022.)
