Jo Martin KC
Circuit Leader
Jo Martin KC will be Leader of Circuit with effect from 17 September 2022. Jo was called to the Bar in 2005 (Middle Temple, admitted as a solicitor 1996) and practises from Devon Chambers, Plymouth. She practises in crime, regulatory crime and fraud, and complex fact finds in family cases. She took silk in 2018 and has been on the Western Circuit Women’s Forum committee (and latterly co-chair) since its inception.
Natasha Bellinger
Circuit Junior
Natasha Bellinger of Magdalen Chambers, Exeter, is the Circuit Junior, taking up the role in October 2023. Natasha was called to the Bar in 2012 (Lincoln’s Inn) and is joint head of Magdalen Chambers. She is a civil practitioner practising predominantly in property and housing law.

Gemma White of 3PB Barristers Winchester is Wine Treasurer with responsibility for all social events on Circuit. Gemma was called to the Bar in 2009 (Inner Temple) and practises in crime, sports and public and regulatory law.
