A one day advocacy course run by the Western Circuit in conjunction with the Inns of Court College of Advocacy. The conference will provide practical training in the handling of expert witnesses, including a lecture, case analysis, a conference with, and cross-examination of real experts. Places are strictly limited. The course is suitable for practitioners over five years’ call with a Chancery/commercial practice (expert accounting), or a medical negligence practice (expert psychiatry).
